AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF FORREST COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD EDUCATION ENHANCEMENT DEVELOPMENT SERVICES (NEEDS); AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Forrest County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute funds to the Neighborhood Education Enhancement Development Services (NEEDS), out of any available funds, in an amount not to exceed Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00), during the 1999 calendar year.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
